Deposits, Withdrawals and KYC
GBP is the native currency for UK players – no conversion fee. Visa, Mastercard, e-wallets, and crypto (BTC, ETH) are all supported. Withdrawals incur no platform fee, but a 0-24 hour pending review applies before release. Identity verification is required before your first cashout: upload a government-issued ID and a recent proof of address at Account > Verification. Processing takes roughly 24-72 hours.
Mobile Play and Support
No app needed. The full site works in Safari and Chrome on iOS and Android, including live dealer tables and live chat. The chat widget is available 24/7 from any page – queries usually resolve in under five minutes.
